I have finally started my new project, tulis. I will not be blogging anymore but will have visual updates for tulis at least every other day. It is still a bit of a work in progress, but I am very excited to start with a clean slate. And no words! The past month has been one of much change. Old ties cut, stressful job finished (hopefully), new people to become acquainted with, preparing to move, etc... It is rather bittersweet, but at the end of the day I am very much looking forward to all the opportunities and wonderful life ahead of me. I am not going to be blogging on this blog anymore, however this does not mean that I will no longer have a presence on the world wide web. In fact, I have a new project that will be up within the next month and when it is up I will let you know. It is going to be a visual diary of sorts. No words or anything. And I have a lot of exciting images that I have been saving up for it, so stay around and I will keep you posted.

Despite the fact that all my posts have been B&W film snapshots of the past few months, I have actually been feeling ridiculously garish and can no longer hold back. Today we went to the circus. I am not sure weather I have gotten old or weather the circus has just gotten lame, but it was pretty disappointing.

This picture was taken a year ago. A lot has happened since then. I found a school that fit what I was looking for, gained early acceptance, lost mu focus on my work, started dressing with more minimally, lost of things. The Direction for his little space of cyberspace is change as well. I only have a few more months before I graduate then summer and then moving to Manhattan. I still take snapshots of things, so I guess that will be what I shall post. And maybe some sketches and paintings. How would you like that?

My dear friends, I have not forgotten you. I went to New York City for an interview and then a blizzard came and I couldn't leave! It was very much fun. I went to the MET and MoMA a lot to draw, went sopping, visited with family friends in NJ, made new friends, and overall had a wonderful week. I also finally got all my rolls of 120 film that have been sitting around developed! Aren't you excited? anyways, here is a view from the train, but this is before the storm, back in September.

I cant find my phone. It is getting rather annoying.
I feel lost in the monotony of every-day-ness. Stuck in between different stages of my life. Limbo.

The wonderful painter James Courtenay James painted this work, in which the large picture is based on Marie. It gives one a new perspective to look at yourself through the eyes of another.
Not to mention I happen to be eating my one of my dearest flavors of ice cream.
So now I shall be eternally enjoying mint ice cream in an art gallery.

Back from new England. As you see I didn't have a second to spare to post, and if I had most of the time ididnt have acess to a computer.
The trip was quite a sucess. God has lead me to a place that I hope to attend next year and I am quite excited. I got some pictures, still don't know how they will turn out but we shall see.
It was wonderful seeing NYC again and visiting with many relatives and friends. Seeing Audrey was quite a joy. Here is a picture she took in the basement where we slept.

Today has been really busy. Got pictures of about 20 or so sculptures for my portfolio with my dad's help (as well as this picture of what I was wearing. Felt rather hippy), worked, and packed (am still packing). Tomorrow we depart for New England with the trunk packed with my portfolio and shoes and dresses. And Belle and Sebastian playing.
I smell like coffee.
I will try and post over the next week but no promises.
Do you want to see the endless amount of my little sculptures?
I have so many I will have stuff them in every nook and cranny of my room.

School began this morning. Things are looking up. All my subjects I am taking are ones I enjoy and the to teachers I have had so far a great. The math teacher is a stand up comedian. Not really but he should be.

In a weeks time I shall be on my way to the New England area on a wonderful road trip with my mom. We shall visit Audrey and maybe just have to kidnap her and take her with us.
We shall see.

The past two days have been a strange mixture of wonderful and woeful.
One the one hand I have amazing friends and, for the fist time ever, I got through an entire shift with out making a zillion airhead mistakes.
On the other hand, there has just been so much shit. No other way to say it really.

Life is strange.

I wish I could just stand up to people who think they can take advantage of me.

I wish I could be independent.
Because so many people just awful.

You have asked me some questions and here are some answers.

Firstly, I must apologize to the person who is always wanting to see my cardboard chair because I took some pictures of it and was stoked to finally post them but when they were developed (this afternoon) they only half turned out. So here is half of the chair. I should have some pictures of it on the next roll of film I get developed so fingers crossed that those shots will turn unout well.
Also there is a half picture of my room with it's new white walls and a painting on loan from Thomas Tulis.

Secondly - the shoes two posts ago were thrifted mens shoes that I did stud myself. I bought a 100 pack of studs on Ebay for $5 and it was very easy to put them all over whatever I wanted.
You should try it.

Second day of work today, and I sill don't know how to make a mocha or frappe. Or anything for that matter.
I feel quite inadequate.
Found out that all my troubles are due to an ear infection. Now that the doctor gave me some pretty pills I feel quite almost normal.

I spent the weekend in AL with family but it was not very exciting. Lately I have been unusually exhausted so my parents are making me go to the doctor.
